Implementation of a major organisational change for a new nationwide working time agreement and time management system tool (HRIS). Working for the project team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on creating communication supports for employees and HR Department.
• Responsible for administration: organising meetings for the project team, managers and the HR directors; logistics; writing minutes; assisting my manager at the meetings.
• Responsible for change management: designing and implementing a communication plan to be delivered to over 10,000 employees across the organisation; writing HR user guides, newsletters, posters and creating Sharepoint pages; presenting the communication plan to the regional HR director level.
• Assisting project team for labour relations and negotiations with trade unions: participating to the follow-up committees; communications; logistics and minutes.
• Assisting project team for the deployment of the time management tool (Horoquartz system): operational testing.
